Camp Policies & Forms
Photograph and Media Policy:
OCCC uses photos and video of campers on its website, Facebook page, Instagram and YouTube channel. However, OCCC will not publish a photo or video of your child without your permission. Please make sure you sign the photo release form in your final forms registration packet. You may also download the form by clicking on the button.
OCCC will not release your child to anyone without your written permission. If you want someone other than yourself to pick up your child, you must send in a list of names of people authorized to remove your child from the camp. If we do not know that person, they will have to show photo identification before we release your child to their care. Please make sure you sign the photo release form in your final forms registration packet. You may also download the form by clicking on the button.
Your camper’s health and safety are very important to OCCC. You must inform OCCC of any allergies, fears, or other conditions that may affect your child in an emergency situation. There is a nurse on site to address any accidents or illness. In case of vomiting, diarrhea or fever, you will need to pick up your child immediately. Please be sure to fill out the Emergency Contact/Medical Forms. You can download the forms by clicking on the button.
